A Cumming man was killed Saturday afternoon in a wreck on Buford Dam Road.
Stacie Miller with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said Tyler Wilson, age 24, was driving his 2013 Yamaha eastbound on the road behind an SUV. When the SUV stopped to allow a car in front of it to turn onto Timber Lake Trail, Miller said Wilson was unable to stop in time and clipped the back of the SUV.
Wilson's motorcycle then went into the westbound lane where it hit an oncoming Chevrolet Tahoe. Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials are still investigating the wreck. No other injuries have been reported.
