It was a race, it was NASCAR and yep, it was won by Kyle Larson.

Our Hard Left Turn crew takes a look at Sunday's return by the NASCAR Cup Series to the Music City at the 1.33-mile Nashville Superspeedway, including:

-Kyle Larson again dominated a NASCAR Cup Series race, walking away from the field time and again en route to victory lane at Nashville.

-Chase Elliott contended early, only to fade to 13th at the end.  To add insult to injury, the Dawsonville, Georgia racer was disqualified after four loose lug nuts were found on his car in post race inspection.

-Ross Chastain drove his Chip Ganassi Racing Chevy into contention, coming home with a second place finish - the best of his series career thus far.

-Jeff Gordon was named as the vice chairman of Hendrick Motorsports on Wednesday afternoon.

-Plus, we preview this weekend's doubleheader at the "Tricky Triangle."
