Overton scores Mike Butler Memorial win at Cherokee

Brandon Overton led flag-to-flag en route to the Ultimate Super Late Model Series victory Sunday in the Mike Butler Memorial at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina.

The Evans, Georgia speedster recorded his third series win of the year and the ninth of his career, bagging a $7,500 payday by beating out the 22 car field.

Brent Dixon followed in second place, with Derrick Ramey in third, Ross Bailes in fourth, and Trent Ivey in fifth.

Zack Mitchell, Dustin Mitchell, Dennis Franklin, Matthew Nance and Ben Watkins rounded out the top 10.
