To win a NASCAR Cup Series race, you have to be a little good and a little lucky.  Chase Elliott was both in getting the win in Sunday's rain shortened race at the Circuit of the Americas.

Our Hard Left Turn crew is ready to look at the wet and wild race that was run in Austin, Texas on Sunday, including:

-Elliott was two laps short - or almost seven miles - of being able to win Sunday's rain logged race at COTA.  But when the showers increased and visibility became an issue, the race was cut 14 laps short, giving Elliott the win.

-Sunday's race was run in the rain, with visibility becoming a major issue, causing two scary looking crashes in the process.

-Was Sunday's race a fair look at what racing can be like at COTA, given the weather?

-What did out HLT crew like and dislike in what they saw on Sunday?

Plus, we'll preview this weekend's Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600.
