Mattie's Call canceled for Hoschton man

The Gwinnett County Police Department has canceled a Mattie's Call for Ricky Howland, 51, of Hoschton.

Howland was located safe in Iowa, per a press release update Tuesday morning.

ORIGINAL STORY APRIL 5, 2021 8:46 PM: Howland left his home on Mark Todd Court on April 2 in a 2010 Nissan Rogue with the Georgia tag RVV9421. He may have left home to try and visit family in Iowa.

Howland has a medical condition which requires constant supervision and assistance.

He weighs approximately 160 pounds and stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall. Howland has black hair and brown eyes, and investigators believe he was wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans when he left home.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the GCPD immediately at 770-513-5300.
