A Murrayville man turned himself in at the Hall County Jail this week to face charges of child molestation.
Timothy Justin Freeman, 30, is accused of molesting a young girl on two occasions - once between Feb. 21 and Feb. 23 and again on April 1. Both incidents happened at the same residence, according to investigators with the Hall County Sheriff's Office. Freeman apparently knew his victim.
The investigation into the charges began in March following a referral from the Hall County Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS).
Freeman turned himself in to face the charges on Wednesday after authorities obtained warrants for his arrest on Monday. Freeman posted $27,900 bond and was released from jail on Thursday morning.
