After a big night on the pitch Tuesday, several key matches will take place today for several northeast Georgia area teams.

The Class A Public No. 1-ranked Commerce girls will be in action in Region 8-A Public showdown against Washington-Wilkes at home.
The Gainesville boys, who fell out of the Class 7A rankings after dropping a pair of Region 6-7A games last week, will try to get back on the winning track against the region's top team, Forsyth Central, at City Park Stadium.
The Cherokee Bluff boys and girls, both ranked in Class 3A, will look to take down Gilmer at home in Region 7-3A action, while a pair of ranked teams on the boys side will tangle in Cleveland when West Hall visits White County.
