March 30 webinar will examine Hall County life one year after start of pandemic

The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce has scheduled another webinar to update the community on the status of COVID-19 in the region. The event, scheduled for March 30, will focus on what life looks like one year after the start of the pandemic. 

Officials with District 2 Public Health, Northeast Georgia Health System and Longstreet Clinic will lead the online discussion beginning at 11 a.m. Healthcare experts will discuss what life may look like as more area residents get vaccinated against the virus, including their recommendations for gatherings and vacations for the remainder of 2021.

Guest speakers for the event include:

• Dr. Supriya Mannepalli, NGPG Infectious Disease Specialist
• Dr. John Delzell, NGMC Vice President and Incident Commander
• Melissa Frank, NGMC Director of Pharmacy Services

• Loren Funk, Longstreet Clinic Chief Operating Officer
