All-Region: White County's Futch named Region 7-3A POY

White County's Maddie Futch has been named Region 7-3A Player of the Year, according to a release from the region on Tuesday.

The announcement also included this year's girls' All-Region team. Lumpkin County placed the most on the first team with four, followed by Gilmer with three. 

Lumpkin County will play host to Gilmer on Tuesday for the Region 7-3A championship. White County battles North Hall in the third-place game at Lumpkin on Tuesday.
