It didn't come without some drama, but Alex Bowman scored his fourth NASCAR Cup Series win of the season on Sunday at Martinsville, while the Championship 4 finalists were set for Phoenix.

Our Hard Left Turn crew - with the help of guest contributor Joe VanHoose - takes a look at the action out of the Commonwealth, including:

-Alex Bowman took the victory on Sunday after contact between he and Denny Hamlin sent Hamlin spinning into the wall late in the going.

-It's yet another race decided by one driver crashing - or attempting to crash - another one.  Meanwhile, the stands remain empty.  Is this the kind of racing the fans want to see?

-Hamlin, Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott and Martin Truex, Jr. go to Phoenix as the Championship 4 to decide the title this weekend.

-After coming in on a tide of momentum going into Sunday, all three Penske teams are out, along with Joe Gibbs Racing's Kyle Busch.

-Will it be a title contender winning, or will the non-titlte contenders again play a big role in the outcome of the race?
