North Forsyth's offense stagnated in a 26-7 loss to Lambert on Friday at Longhorn Stadium.
Logan Curry scored the Raiders' lone touchdown on a 61-yard pass from Drew Aucoin with 9:06 to go in the first half. The score gave North Forsyth (5-3, 2-2 Region 6-7A) the lead, 7-6. The lead didn't last long as Lambert (5-3, 2-2 Region 6-7A) answered on a 25-yard pass from James Tyre to Kojo Antwi with 47 seconds left in the opening half and a 13-7 lead.
In the second half, both teams failed to find the endzone in the third quarter. Lambert's Harrison Peyton broke the drought when he ran into the endzone from one-yard out early in the fourth quarter. Later on, Tommy Morris picked off Aucoin and returned it 32 yards for the touchdown.
The loss drops the Raiders to fourth in the region.
