Posted 10:30AM on Thursday 28th January 2021 ( 3 years ago )

A Hull woman used someone else's name when she was arrested on drug charges earlier this month in Commerce.

Sarah Elizabeth Sims gave another name and birth date as she was taken into custody on January 15 in a drug bust, according to Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office Special Agent in Charge Trent Hillsman.

Hillsman said when the woman went in for finger printing at the Banks County Jail, she admitted she used another name and was charged accordingly.

Sims, 34, was charged with giving a false name and date of birth.
