ATHENS — Georgia will kick its 2021 football slate off in Charlotte against 2020 CFP semifinalist and long time rival Clemson on Sept. 4.
It'll be the first time the two have played since the Bulldogs won 45-21 in 2014.
The university athletic department released the schedule on Wednesday afternoon and barring any alterations later this year due to COVID-19, it's a normal season.
It includes eight Southeastern Conference games, including road trips to Vanderbilt, Auburn, Tennessee, the annual Florida-Georgia game in Jacksonville, and arch-rival Georgia Tech is back on in Atlanta this year.
The Bulldogs will host SEC contests with South Carolina, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Missouri. Georgia will also host UAB and Charleston Southern in non-conference games and travel to Georgia Tech to close out the regular season on Nov. 27.
