Units from White County Fire Stations two and four responded to a fire at a home on Skitts Mountain Road Thursday afternoon.
According to a press release from White County Public Safety, units with Cleveland Fire Department and Lee Arrendale Fire Brigade were dispatched to the fire at 12:12 p.m. at the home at 183 Skitts Mountain Rd.
When they arrived, firefighters determined the house was 40% involved, and all occupants were out of the building.
The release states firefighters made a quick attack and knocked down the fire. Firefighters were at the scene for three and a half hours.
While no information has been released on the status of the home, no injuries were reported in the incident. The Red Cross was also called to assist the occupants.
