Commerce police seek bank robbery suspect, red Corvette used

Commerce police detectives hope the public can help identify a man who held up United Community Bank Wednesday afternoon or his distinctive vehicle.
The man is described as a white male in his 30s, standing 5-foot--11 and weighing about 155 pounds.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Police say the car occupied by the man:was a late 1980s to mid-1990s red Corvette.
“We do not currently have the tag number associated with the vehicle,” a Commerce police social media post Wednesday night states. “The exterior of the vehicle appears to be completely stock and in good condition.”
United Community Bank is located at 2055 Homer Road, Commerce.
No details about any weapon used or how much money was taken have been released.
