PODCAST: Hard Left Turn - Kurt Busch locks into Round of 8 with Vegas win

Kurt Busch came into Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last in the Playoff standings.  He left locked into the next round.

On this week's Hard Left Turn podcast, Brandon Reed, Pete McCole and Amy Henderson take a look at all the latest news out of Las Vegas, including:

-Kurt Busch finally got his first home town Cup Series win at Las Vegas on Sunday, and more importantly staked a claim to the next round of the Playoffs.

-Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott went from battling for the win to fighting for position when a late caution changed the entire complexion of the race.

-Speaking of upsets, Matt DiBenedetto came oh-so-close to locking out a Playoff driver with a win, but had to settle for second in the end.

-Austin Dillon saw a broken belt derail his strong Playoff run.  Can he rebound to make the next round?

-Breaking news from NASCAR, as Chad Knaus leaves the crew chief position on the No. 24 to move to the VP spot at Hendrick Motorsports.

-We'll preview this weekend's NASCAR action at Talladega Superspeedway.
