Cornelia police investigators have charged a Cornelia man with four counts of rape, four counts of incest, four counts of aggravated child molestation, three counts of first-degree cruelty to children, and sexual battery.
Francisco Tomas-Antonio, 19, was arrested Sept. 11 and remains in the Habersham County Detention Center after bond was denied.
No further details of the incidents leading to the charges have been released.
