A single-motorcycle wreck outside Toccoa early Monday claimed the life of a Cleveland man.
Joe Earl Dean, 50, died when his 1998 Harley-Davidson FHR was traveling south on Ga. 106 and traveled off the east shoulder and struck a culvert, according to Georgia State Patrol Post 7 in Toccoa. The motorcycle overturned and Dean was thrown from the motorcycle.
The wreck was reported just before 5 a.m.
