WINDER — It was a record-breaking night for Jackson Clouatre.
The senior running back rushed 21 times for 305 yards and three scores, and Joshua Pickett added 191 yards on 17 carries and two touchdowns in a 56-35 win over Apalachee at R. Harold Harrison Stadium on Friday.
Pickett also completed 7 of 19 passes for 106 yards and three touchdowns to add to ring up 625 total yards of offense on the night.
"It was an explosive night. Our O-line controlled the line of scrimmage and got great movement," Habersham Central coach Benji Harrison said. "Jackson Clouatre was explosive setting the school record for rushing yards in a game, and Joshua Pickett has another great night running the offense."
