Joe Frank Wilkins, 30, of Gainesville faces charges of trafficking of a person for labor or sexual servitude, child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and felony reckless conduct, according to Gainesville police.
“These charges resulted from an improper sexual encounter between Wilkins and a 14-year-old female in the early morning hours of Sept. 3,” a Gainesville Police Department social media post states. “Wilkins was taken in to custody without incident and will be housed at the Hall County Jail. This continues to be an open and active investigation.”
