An investigation into a child molestation case led to the arrest of a Gainesville man Monday, June 8.
Dustin Bernard Hudson, 33, was charged with aggravated child molestation and is now behind bars without bond.
According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, Hudson is accused of having oral sex with a juvenile victim at the home where he lived. The incident happened at some point during the month of May in 2019. Hudson and the victim knew each other prior to the incident, according to investigators.
A family member of the victim originally reported the incident to authorities.
