South Alabama Speedway and the Southern Super Series are already working towards getting the 44th annual Rattler 250 back on track.
The speedway announced this weekend via Facebook that the event is now planned for April 17-19 as the state government continues to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event was originally slated to be run on March 22, but was first pushed to April 3-5. Saturday’s announcement pushed the date back again, this time to April 17-19.
The event also serves as the season opener for the Southern Super Series, which is scheduled to compete in 11 points paying events around the southeast for the 2020 season.
