David McCoy opened the 2020 race season at Georgia’s Hartwell Speedway in winning form on Saturday night.
The Franklin, North Carolina racer held off Bubba Russell to score the Limited Late Model feature win at the 3/8-mile clay raceway.
Dale Timms followed in third, with Nick Dietz in fourth and Mason Tucker in fifth.
In other action, Brandon Stroud edged out Chris Wood to take home the Hobby feature victory. Tye Lowe finished in third, with Clay Thompson in fourth and Jimmy Ivester in fifth.
Brad Wheeler took the Modified Street feature win. Tye Nalley, Smokey Roberts, Jimmy Booth and Jennifer Everett rounded out the top five.
Shannon Duck held off Bradlee Jones for the Stock V8 feature win, with Jack Jordan in third, Terry Calhoun in fourth and Dustin Moore in fifth.
Jeffery Lord was first under the checkered flag for the 4-Cylinder feature victory. Elliott Brayboy followed in second, with Bubba Nation in third, Tyler Riddle in fourth and Tanner Nation in fifth.
Aiden Fortson beat out Lane Fortson for the Young Guns feature win. Madison Holden finished third, followed by Brandon Jones in fourth and Summer Feno in fifth.
Alex Powell was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature, with Dillon Christian second, Randy Shaw third, Kalen Holmes fourth and Joel Powell, Sr. fifth.
