*Older Georgians are getting a break on renewing their driver’s licenses. In an effort to assist one of Georgia’s high-risk groups during the health situation involving coronavirus, the state Department of Driver Services is providing a 120-day extension for driver’s license and identification card holders age 60 and older.
*All state Department of Natural Resources properties are open during normal operating hours despite the growing concern about the coronavirus. Included are state parks, lodges, historic sites, WMAs, PFAs, archery ranges, shooting ranges, education centers, golf courses, and battlefields, along with those not directly mentioned here that are under the management of DNR.
