Lanier Christian Academy's Faith Wasden and Reece Montgomery were named to the GAPPS AA All-Region and All-State teams this week.
Wasden and Montgomery helped the Lady Lightning to a region championship and back-to-back berths in the GAPPS AA state title game and a 19-5 record. Wasden led the team in scoring and was second on the team in rebounds, while Montgomery was the top rebounder on the team and second-leading scorer.
Last year, both were All-Region and Wasden was All-State.
