OAKWOOD — East Hall used a 12-run sixth inning to rally past Johnson, 18-8, Friday in non-region baseball action.
The Vikings were sparked by Luke England, who went 4-for-5 at the plate. England singled in the third, singled in the fifth, singled in the sixth, and doubled in the sixth for East Hall.
East Hall led early but Johnson evened up the game at 4 in the bottom of the third inning when Josh Lopez drew a RBI walk.
But the Vikings exploded in the sixth led by Smith TJ, England, Kole Buffington, Mikey Parker, McCullough, and Josh Medina, who had RBI hits in the inning.
Johnson scored four runs in the bottom of the inning but could get no closer.
Luke Barton earned the win for East Hall 1 1/3-innings allowing no runs and no hits and while striking out two. Carter Gillespie and England entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Dylan Kautz pounded out four hits, including a pair of triples, and picked up the win on the mound to lead the Bears to a big win over the Eagles in five innings at Bears Field Friday.
The Cherokee Bluff offense roughed up two East Jackson pitchers for 10 hits, including five extra-base hits, and scored in every inning. Bryce England and Tino Mukuno each had a pair of hits and England had four RBI as well.
However, East Jackson opened the scoring with a run in the first on a RBI hit by Halton Hardy. The Bears (4-0) answered with three runs in the first and two ing the second to take a 5-1 lead. The Eagles trimmed it to 5-2 in the top of the third but Cherokee Bluff blew it open with a 6-run bottom of the third for an 11-2 lead. They invoked the Mercy Rule with two more in the bottom of the fourth.
Kautz got the win going four innings allowing two hits on six hits and striking out three.
Hardy and Josiah Stansell each had two hits for East Jackson (0-1).
