BLAIRSVILLE — In a wild finish, Banks County's Jenna Reeves hit the game-winning layup with less than a second on the clock to lift the Lady Leopards over Elbert County, 61-59, in the second round of the Region 8-2A tournament at Union County on Tuesday.
