BOLO issued for rape suspect in Gwinnett County

Authorities are on the lookout for a violent criminal suspect who sexually assaulted a woman in Gwinnett County. They are now releasing his image in the hopes that the public can help find him. According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, the victim was walking along Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth when she was grabbed from behind, attacked and dragged into the woods. She suffered serious injuries.

While the incident happened on Sept. 20, police are just now releasing the suspect's image in the hopes that the public will be able to identify the man. He is described as a black male in his 20s or 30s and having dreadlocks. He was wearing khaki pants, a white striped shirt and had a backpack. A sketch artist was able to work with the victim to create the sketch.
