PODCAST: Hard Left Turn - Elliott wins again, Busch falls short at Charlotte

Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race might have had the inevitable ending that everyone expected - except for one person.

While Chase Elliott drove to the win on Charlotte's infield road course, Kyle Busch left Charlotte without a berth into the next round of the Playoffs.

On this week's Hard Left Turn podcast, Brandon Reed, Pete McCole and Amy Henderson take a look at the news from the wet race weekend, including:

-Elliott scored his fourth straight road course victory on the winding, rolling CMS road course, much to the surprise of.....well, almost no one.

-Kyle Busch tried to turn a late race strategy into a path into the Round of 8 of the Playoffs, but came up short and will not be defending his NASCAR Cup Series championship this year.

-It was the first time that NASCAR started a Cup Series race under wet, rainy conditions since 1956.  Our crew give their thoughts.
