ATHENS — CBS announced on Sunday it will pick up the Georgia-Tennessee game, a top 25 matchup, in Athens in its 3:30 p.m. time slot on Saturday, Oct. 10.
The network exercised its six-day option a week ago.
No. 4 Georgia beat No. 8 Auburn on Saturday, 27-6 to remain undefeated, and No. 21 Tennessee knocked off Missour, 35-12.
The Bulldogs beat Tennessee in Knoxville last year, 43-14. Georgia leads the all-time series 24-23-1, and the Bulldogs’ all-time record on CBS is 61-42-1.
Georgia and Tennessee will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. on CBS Saturday, Oct. 10
