A state Representative from Clarkesville is Gov. Brian Kemp's choice to serve as chairman of the Georgia Film, Music and Digital Entertainment Commission.

Terry Rogers' appointment was one of 30 to state boards and commissions announced a few days ago by the governor.

In addition, J.B. Jones, retired sole commissioner of Lumpkin County, who served in that capacity for 24 years, was reappointed to his seat on the Council on American Indian Concerns, and, as AccessWDUN previously reported, WDUN talk show host Martha Zoller was named to a seat on the state Board of Education.
