Man arrested for unlicensed lending in Forsyth County

The operator of a mortgage company in Forsyth County faces felony charges for doing business without the proper licensing.

Cpl. Doug Rainwater with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office told the AJC deputies arrested Kenneth Edward Neil at his home after violating a Georgia business code.

The company, KSN Enterprises had been under investigation by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.

Neil was booked into the Forsyth County detention center and bonded out on an undisclosed amount.
