Hunting regulations for Lake Lanier for the 2019 season have been announced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The regulations are posted here and cover deer and a number of waterfowl, including teal and goose. Deer hunting is "archery only" and by "permit only" and is confined to 18 specified islands and three peninsulas, and an area around Buford Dam.
