The Gainesville offensive line unit of Jordan Williams, Alex Salcido, Elijah Ruiz, Lemuel Gayle, Michael Gosa and Cedrick Nicely, along with tight end Zyhir Tanner, were the recipients of the 'Gaining the Edge' award powered by Conditioned Air Systems for their effort last week in the Red Elephants' 27-21 upset win over Mary Persons.
The unit dominated the Bulldogs defense opening up huge holes for running backs Dez Brown (11 attempts, 117 yards) and J.D. Brooks (11-96) and quarterback Gionni Williams (22-102) and a total of 344 yards rushing.

Gionni Williams (9) was part of a strong ground attack for Gainesville against Mary Person that was powered by the offensive line. The Red Elephants piled up 344 yards rushing in a 27-21 upset win last week.
