The Spout Springs Road bridge over I-85 in Gwinnett County is ready to re-open to traffic, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
GDOT said the bridge, which has been closed since January 21 for demolition and replacement will re-open Friday, July 19.
A press release from GDOT did not give a specific time the new bridge will become operational.
Signs will be posted in the area to alert motorists.
The reconstruction of the bridge was part of the overall widening project for I-85.
