A Forsyth County woman has been identified as the victim in a single-vehicle fatality crash on Thursday, July 4.
According to Deputy First Class Matt Kirk, Traffic Investigator with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Angela Hernandez, 28, was traveling north on Dahlonega Highway (SR 9) near Johnson Drive when her vehicle left the roadway, continued through a yard and hit a concrete barrier.
Hernandez died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Specialist Unit.
