Three people escaped unharmed after their boat capsized Sunday afternoon during a storm on Lake Lanier.
It happened near Van Pugh Park.
"An 18-foot vessel capsized due to waves from a storm," state Department of Natural Resources spokesman Mark McKinnon said in an email. "All three occupants were rescued by a nearby vessel. There were no injuries."
The incident occurred about mid-afternoon.
