Gainesville man is new president of Associated General Contractors of Georgia

Brian Daniel of Gainesville was recently installed as president of The Associated General Contractors of Georgia.  Daniel is the third generation President & CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction Company in Gainesville.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to work with my colleagues at AGC Georgia during the next year,” said Daniel. “Following in my father’s footsteps after he led the organization in 1995-96 makes it even more special to me. I look forward to working closely with the AGC Board to accomplish great things.”

In addition, Carroll Daniel was among the winners of Build Georgia Awards, which recognizes outstanding achievement AGCG members.

Carroll Daniel was recognized for its work on these projects:

Alliance Academy for Innovation; Cumming

Clearview Elementary School; LaGrange

Just People Village III; Flowery Branch

Mike & Lynn Cottrell Junior Achievement Discovery Center at North Georgia; Cumming

In addition, Carroll Daniel was jointly recognized with New South Construction for work on the new Lanier Technical College Campus in Gainesville.
