A Forsyth County man faces multiple drug charges after trying to flush meth down the toilet.

Drug agents went to the north Forsyth home May 14th to serve a warrant on 38-year old Kevin Oliver for the sale of methamphetamine.

Once inside the home, deputies said they heard multiple toilet flushes and found Oliver at the door of the bathroom.

After calling a company to come open the septic tank, deputies said they found four sealed plastic bags of methamphetamine at the entrance to the tank from the home.

Oliver and 39-year old Melissa Sizemore, who was also at the home, face multiple drug charges in the incident.
