As Barrow County investigators continue to search for clues in the deaths of a Winder couple, they have released photos of a vehicle that is of interest in the case.

A family member discovered the bodies of Willard Ron Hess, 70, and Dorothy E. Hess, 72, inside the residence on Southridge Road in Winder.

Capt. Ryan Sears with the Barrow County Sheriff's Office said in a press statement deputies were called to the scene at 9:25 a.m.

"The Criminal Investigations Division arrived on scene and processed the residence at 430 Southridge Road along with the residence across the street which belongs to the family member who located the deceased," Sears wrote. "The family member's residence was processed as a precautionary measure because it was believed there were two scenes involved."

In addition, investigators released photos of a vehicle they said is "of interest in the case."

Sears said investigators do not know yet how the couple died. Both bodies have been taken to the GBI Crime Lab for autopsies.

Sears asked anyone with information to contact the Barrow County Sheriff's Office at 770-307-3080.
