Lakeview's Blake McIntyre and Arturo Varela will continue their basketball careers in college.
McIntyre, the MVP of the North Georgia All-Star basketball game and received an honorable mention on the Class A Private All-State team, signed to play basketball for Reinhardt University. McIntyre also was named to the Region 8-A All-Region team earlier this year.
Varela will take his basketball skills to the Oxford College of Emory University next season. Arturo received honorable mention honors on the Region 8-A basketball team.
