Three months after officers arrested a man and charged him in the death of a woman who's home caught fire after he ran into it with his car, another man will now face charges as well.

Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Wilbert Rundles told the AJC officers arrested Yoan Rosa Peneda after discovering that he was with the original suspect, Ayron Poche.

Both men fled the scene of the Suwanee home during the early morning hours of January 21st after the accident and the resident, 72 year old Janet Keenan died in the resulting fire.

Rundles did not specify how Peneda was connected to the woman's death.
