The applicant is asking that the Hall County Planning Commission table a rezoning request for a tract of land on which a 139-lot subdivision has been proposed.
Ridge 19, LLC's proposal to rezone 37 acres at Mountain View Road and Smith Circle from Residential-1 (R-1) to Planned Residential Development (PRD) had been on the agenda for the May 6 planning board meeting.
County officials say the applicant requested that the matter be tabled to allow "additional time to work out details of the request."
As AccessWDUN reported a week ago the project would consist of two-story, detached, single-family houses, ranging in size between 1,600 and 2,400 square feet.
