FLOWERY BRANCH — The Falcons have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with defensive end Adrian Clayborn.

In 2018, the nine-year veteran played for the New England Patriots, seeing action in 14 regular season games and three postseason games on the way to winning Super Bowl LIII. Clayborn totaled 11 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one forced fumble in the regular and postseason.

Prior to the Patriots, the Iowa alum spent three seasons with the Falcons and saw action in 45 games with 58 tackles (50 solo), 13.0 sacks, four fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles, and two passes defensed.
