Carroll Daniel Construction Company has hired construction industry veteran John Kitchin as Division Manager.
In his new role, Kitchin will focus on all aspects of successful delivery of divisional performance and sustainable growth of the business. Kitchin will work in Carroll Daniel’s Atlanta office location, which was recently expanded to accommodate the continued growth the company is experiencing.

Kitchin’s experience in the construction industry spans over 20 years, managing construction projects for Fortune 500 companies and major business leaders in Atlanta. Kitchin most recently served as the National Design-Build Practice Leader and President of the construction subsidiary of a national engineering firm prior to assuming the role of Division Manager at Carroll Daniel Construction.
Kitchin earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Georgia and his Master of Science in Building Construction and Integrated Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has lectured and taught for the Graduate Program in the School of Building Construction at Georgia Institute of Technology and currently serves on the board of directors for the Southeast region of the Design-Build Institute of America.
