When you have a celebration, you want plenty of cake and plenty of company, and that's exactly what happened Tuesday when Jacobs Media Corp. opened the doors to the business to celebrate its 70th anniversary.

WDUN/LAKE 94.5 listeners and AccessWDUN readers were invited to visit the media company on Thompson Bridge Road to share their memories from years past. They were able to take a behind-the-scenes tour of the broadcast and production studios, and then enjoy a slice of birthday cake.

For those of you who couldn't be here, you were missed! Whether you've been with us for 70 years or 70 days, we appreciate the fact that you trust Jacobs Media as a source for news, information and entertainment in North Georgia.
