The Flowery Branch girls soccer team beat defending Class 4A champ Marist, 4-1, earlier this week.
Freshman Maggie Wadsworth scored the hat trick to lead the fifth-ranked Lady Falcons on Tuesday. Wadsworth also assisted on the Lady Falcons' fourth goal of the night when she passed the ball to Mollie Langner for the easy goal.
The Lady Falcons remain at the top of the Region 7-4A standings with a few key matches left on the schedule.
