Dunn takes Super Pro win in Atlanta Dragway opener

Gary Dunn opened up the 2019 Summit ET Drag Racing season at Atlanta Dragway by scoring the Super Pro victory at the Commerce, Georgia drag strip.

Dunn, from Gainesville, Georgia, defeated A.J. Ashe after Ashe drew the red light with a foul start.

In the final, Dunn ran a 5.034 ET. on his 4.44 dial in, running 100.72 MPH. with a 0.022 reaction.

Other winners on the weekend included Chad Brewer in Pro, Mike Puckett in Sportsman, Ty Simmons in Super Pro Bike, Cooper Hancock in 5-9 JR Dragster, Shawn Wilson in 10-12 JR Dragster and Hayden Wilson in 13-17 JR Dragster.
