Hoschton man faces charges for drugs with intent to distribute

A Jackson County man faces drug charges after a tip led agents of the Appalachian Regional Drug Task Force to investigate.
 
Spokesman Mitchell Posey says drug agents arrested 18 year-old Mark Duane Baker at a residence in Hoschton Thursday.

They found 6 ounces of marijuana, 30 THC oil vape cartridges, 15 THC edibles, and $15,000 in cash.
 
Baker faces charges for possession with intent to distribute and was booked into the Jackson County detention center.
