Sunday's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway was a roller coaster ride for many, with eight drivers able to rest easy afterwards.

On this week's edition of the Hard Left Turn podcast, Brandon Reed, Pete McCole and Amy Henderson review the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway, including:

-Denny Hamlin was able to celebrates his fifth win of the 2019 season on Sunday, edging out Chase Elliott for the victory.

-Elliott's second place was still a victory, as the Dawsonville, Georgia driver made the cut for the Round of 8 of the Playoffs.

-Brad Keselowski had an uncharacteristically off day at Kansas, and it cost him big, as he missed the Playoff cut by three points to Elliott.

-From a first time winner in Brandon Jones, to a crash among the leaders and a fight on pit road, Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Kansas Speedway had a little of everything.

-We preview the NASCAR race weekend at Martinsville Speedway.

WDUN will carry live MRN Radio coverage of Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series First Data 500 from Martinsville Speedway beginning at 2 pm on 102.9 FM and streaming live on AccessWDUN.
